Quilt Hop - July 30th & 31st

After a year off, Bonham Quilt Hop is back! Friday, July 30th and Saturday, July 31st, visitors to the Quilt Hop will hop to 10 different locations to see displays of over 300 quilts and quilted items. Included in the Hop are the Sam Rayburn House Museum, the Bonham Civic Center (Armory), Sam Rayburn Library, Creative Art Center, City of Bonham Visitor Center, Fannin County Museum of History, Fannin County Historical Commission, Bonham Public Library, Bonham Senior Center, and Saint Mark's Episcopal Church, Honey Grove.

Pre-Hop Quilt Cutting Class - Wednesday, July 28, 2021

Nannette Moss, the owner of MNM Creations and Quilt Shop in El Dorado, Arkansas will be returning this year with her Acuquilt Go machines and dies. Many of you have purchased a machine or dies from her extensive collection in past years. This year she is offering a class in which you will cut out a whole quilt using dies and the Acuquilt Go machine. The quilt to be made is called Hunter Star. It is a two-color pattern. The class is scheduled for Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at the Roy Floyd Civic Center (the old national guard armory). The class will be held from noon to 4 pm. The cost of the class is $25.

Please note the date for this class is two days before the Quilt Hop begins.

Quilt Drop-off

Quilts may be brought to the Bonham Visitor Center on Friday, July 23, from 9 am to 5 pm.
