Non-Alchohol Event Fees

$300 for a minimum of 4 hours.

$100 per hour after the first 4

$300 deposit - refundable if the facility is left clean.

Alcohol Event Fees

$750 for up to 12 hours

$600 deposit - refundable if the facility is left clean.
